At CBD Online Hub, we value transparency and customer satisfaction. Please read our refund terms carefully before placing an order.
1. Refund Eligibility Window
We offer a 24-hour cancellation and refund window from the time you place your order. After this period, your order will be processed for dispatch and will no longer be eligible for cancellation.
Orders are shipped at 01:00 PM IST on the next working day after your order is placed.
2. Cancellation Charges
If you request a refund within the 24-hour window, the following deductions will apply:

A 5% service fee, covering administrative and customer support costs
The remaining amount will be refunded to your original payment method.
3. Full Refund for Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If you receive a product that is:

Defective

Different from what you ordered
You are entitled to a 100% refund with no deductions.
Please report the issue within 48 hours of delivery, along with photo/video evidence, by emailing us at support@cbdonlinehub.com or contacting us via WhatsApp.
4. Refund Timeline
All approved refunds will be processed via your original payment method through PayU.
Depending on your bank or payment provider, the refund may reflect in your account within 7–10 business days.
